30 March 2009 Update: Official BioBiz press release.

As Singapore progresses to become Asia’s regional biomedical hub, there is an increasing potential for growth in the biomedical industry. BioBiz plays its part by serving as a platform for undergraduate and graduate students to discover the Biomedical Science industry, and to interact with industry professionals, government officials,as well as the academia. In doing so, we hope to attract students from diverse fields of disciplines and spark their interest in the biomedical business.

The theme for BioBiz 2009, which ties in with the inauguration of a new identity for BioBiz, is Sparking Connections.
